Southern Ocean Lodge, set along the dramatic coastline of Kangaroo Island, is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness experiences in a truly unique natural setting.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments while maintaining a tranquil, luxurious environment for guests.

• Provide spa treatments in line with the appointment schedule or as directed by the Spa Manager
• Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with BIMS (Baillie Integrity Management System)
• Maintain a calm, welcoming and professional spa environment for all guests
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across all spa and gym areas
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and actively promote spa services and retail offerings
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism, escalating where required
• Support the wider lodge team, including Housekeeping, during quieter periods

About You

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally within a luxury environment
• Cert IV in Massage and/or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• A warm, engaging personality with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing
• A positive, team-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
