Silky Oaks Lodge, nestled within the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest and overlooking the Mossman River, offers guests a luxury escape immersed in nature. We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendants to join our team and help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect.

About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest suites and lodge public areas while supporting the housekeeping team in delivering a seamless guest experience.

• Service and clean guest suites and lodge public areas to a high standard
• Ensure rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities, towels and linens
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation throughout the lodge
• Assist with laundering and sorting linen when required
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are serviced on time
• Support the team in maintaining exceptional guest service standards

About You

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in hospitality
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
