What You’ll Be Doing
Project & Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting and implementation projects across payroll, workforce management, and HR systems
- Drive solution design, project direction, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams
- Ensure alignment of milestones, deliverables, quality standards, and governance
- Monitor performance and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and training to empower users
- Clearly communicate requirements, design intent, and project progress
- Guide clients through digital transformation and organisational change
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, demos, and RFP responses
Technical & Delivery Excellence
- Analyse complex datasets to inform system configuration and solution design
- Support data migration activities including extraction, validation, and cleansing
- Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure reliability and compliance
- Provide expert post go-live support and resolve complex issues
- Ensure solutions align with legislation, policy, and employment contracts
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in software delivery, consulting, or project management
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream solution delivery projects
- Deep expertise in Payroll, Workforce Management, and Award/Contract Interpretation
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements definition, and solution validation
- Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, and implementation governance
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud platforms, and system integrations (advantageous)
