What You’ll Be Doing

Project & Solution Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting and implementation projects across payroll, workforce management, and HR systems
  • Drive solution design, project direction, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure alignment of milestones, deliverables, quality standards, and governance
  • Monitor performance and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and training to empower users
  • Clearly communicate requirements, design intent, and project progress
  • Guide clients through digital transformation and organisational change
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, demos, and RFP responses

Technical & Delivery Excellence

  • Analyse complex datasets to inform system configuration and solution design
  • Support data migration activities including extraction, validation, and cleansing
  • Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure reliability and compliance
  • Provide expert post go-live support and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure solutions align with legislation, policy, and employment contracts

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in software delivery, consulting, or project management
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream solution delivery projects
  • Deep expertise in Payroll, Workforce Management, and Award/Contract Interpretation
  • Strong skills in business analysis, requirements definition, and solution validation
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, and implementation governance
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud platforms, and system integrations (advantageous)
