Since starting her career in the employment relations space, Sanam has been actively involved in helping employers manage their employees. She is aware a majority of businesses across NZ and the world have a lack of HR resources and legal understanding. This is why Sanam believes an integral part of an SMEs survival is educating both employers and employees. Prior to working for Employment Hero, Sanam worked for an NGO and learned first hand the difficulties faced by SMEs in the hospitality sector. Sanam is committed to finding pragmatic solutions and is passionate about making employment easier and better.
