Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and allocate daily and weekly resources to meet client requirements

• Conduct weekly site inspections and uphold quality control across contracts

• Build and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders

• Supervise and mentor team members in safety practices, quality control, and facilities maintenance techniques

• Assist with quotations for existing and prospective clients.

• Promote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and incident reporting.

• Facilitate performance management and succession planning within the team.

• Drive health and safety initiatives through regular tool-box meetings.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning or landscaping with supervisory skills

• Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication abilities.

• Customer-focused with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.

• C-class driver’s license, Construction White Card, and National Police Clearance required.

• Trade Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience preferred.

• Relevant high-risk licenses, such as MSIC, pest management technician license, and Rio Tinto/ Woodside inductions, are advantageous

This is a locally based role, candidates must reside in the Karratha/Dampier/Wickham/Roebourne area. A local living subsidy is provided.
