The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from trade-qualified Gyprockers, Carpenters, Cabinetmakers, and Trade Assistants to join our team at Wandoo Village for a camp refurbishment project.
These are project-specific, full-time roles based in the Pilbara region, with FIFO options available from Perth only. The roster is 2 weeks on / 1 week off, commencing approximately 23 June 2026 and concluding around 18 December 2026.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out trade-specific duties in line with project requirements
• Read and interpret plans and drawings
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow site safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Trade-specific tasks will vary depending on your qualification (e.g. carpentry, gyprock installation, cabinetmaking, etc.).
Must haves:
• Current and active Australian C-Class driver’s license
• Australian-recognised Trade Qualification
• Construction Induction White Card
• Rio Tinto qualifications are advantageous, however not compulsory.
• Ability to be fit tested for respirator use
• Strong communication skills, diligent and well presented.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality, and finish.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ability to work well in both a team and independently.
