About Us

At Your Therapy Place, we provide high-quality, client-centred allied health services to our community.

We’re a growing multidisciplinary team made up of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Counsellors, Allied Health Assistants, and a dedicated administration team who genuinely care about the people we work with, both our clients and each other.

Our administration team supports clinicians with scheduling, client communication, and paperwork so you can focus on what matters most: delivering meaningful, high-quality therapy.

We value collaboration, open communication, ongoing learning, and creating a positive and supportive environment where clinicians can thrive professionally while making a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-clinic Occupational Therapist role based in our Rockhampton clinic.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to build your clinical interests while being supported by an experienced and collaborative multidisciplinary team.

No two days are the same, and we pride ourselves on creating a role that is both rewarding and sustainable.

Your day-to-day may include:

You’ll have the flexibility and support to develop your own clinical interests, while still feeling connected and supported by the wider team.

  • Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Organised and able to manage a varied caseload
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with a range of people
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development

Whether you’re an experienced Occupational Therapist or a new graduate ready to begin your career, we’re looking for someone who aligns with our values and is excited to grow within a supportive team environment.
