Location: 32 Mill Road, Whanganui
Hours: 9:30am – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our business. You will be the voice of Yes Group, supporting customers across New Zealand and Australia, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping them discover the healthcare products that improve patient outcomes. We have very fast response times which we track every day, and focus on delivering the highest quality service in the market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding quickly and professionally to customer emails, phone calls, and web chats
- Making outbound calls to strengthen customer relationships, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing quotes and proposals
- Collaborating closely with sales and sales support teams on leads and opportunities
- Meeting and maintaining our fast-response service standards (tracked daily)
- Supporting a variety of other customer-focused tasks as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You will Bring
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent phone, email, and written communication etiquette
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
