Roles Available
We currently have opportunities available across the following roles, with positions based in Milton, Brisbane CBD, Southport, Ipswich, and Morayfield. Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate where required.
Advice Solicitor
- Provide high‑quality legal advice to clients
- Deliver clear, trauma‑informed, and client‑centred guidance
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client support
Casework Solicitor
- Manage family law case files from start to resolution
- Represent and advocate for clients with care, professionalism, and empathy
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary and supportive team
Solicitor – Temporary Visa Program
- Work with family law clients with intersecting migration issues
- No prior migration experience required – training and support will be provided
- Ideal for solicitors interested in expanding their skill set in a supported environment
Supervising Solicitor – Casework
- Provide supervision, leadership, and mentoring to solicitors
- Support best‑practice case management and professional development
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and reflective team culture
About You
- Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland
- Committed to access to justice and ethical legal practice
- A collaborative team player who values respect and support
- Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach
- Supervision experience welcomed for senior roles, but not essential for all positions
