Description
The Head of Performance & Operations is accountable for the safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation and maintenance of the company’s renewable energy portfolio, including utility‑scale solar farms and hybrid/BESS assets. This role will collaborate with the executive leadership team to set the strategy, establish standards and procedures, and lead the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance to maximise energy yield, and contractual performance. The position is responsible for robust governance of WHSEQ, grid‑code and market compliance, and OEM/contractor performance to reduce operational risk and safeguard asset value.
