Head of Winarch Property

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Winarch Property to oversee all aspects of our property development projects across Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of development projects. This role is a member of the Executive Team for Winarch Group (parent company of Winarch Property) and will be involved in creating the strategic vision for the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for property development projects
• Lead a team of professionals to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of each project
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion

Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record in property development or construction management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong financial acumen

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum seven years’ experience in senior leadership roles within the building & construction industry
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale property development projects
