Choose Your Path: Workshop vs. Field

We are currently recruiting for two distinct styles of roles to suit your mechanical strengths:

🛠️ Workshop Diesel Mechanics (2 Positions) – Home Every Night for Locals

• The Focus: High-level component rebuilds, major servicing, and scheduled preventative maintenance.
• The Environment: Based out of our well-equipped, structured Roma workshop.
• The Local Advantage: If you are a Roma local, you get the best of both worlds—stable rostered workshop hours and the ability to sleep in your own bed every single night.

⚡ Field-Based Diesel Mechanic (1 Position)

• The Focus: Rapid response breakdown repairs, field diagnostics, and critical on-site troubleshooting.
• The Environment: Deploying directly to field locations and well sites surrounding the Roma region.
• Ideal for: A self-motivated operator who thrives on variety, loves working autonomously, and enjoys the fast pace of live field operations.

The Fleet & Key Responsibilities

Across both roles, you will look after our premium fleet of prime movers, rig trucks, and heavy haulage equipment.

• Diagnostics: Fault-finding across complex hydraulics, electrical, and compressed air systems.
• Asset Management: Utilizing our Quality Management System to log work and track parts wear.
• Safety First: Adhering to strict protocols to ensure your team and equipment operate safely.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualification: Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic with post-trade experience.
• Aptitude: Strong diagnostic and practical fault-finding skills.
• Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Advantageous: Prior Oil & Gas field experience is highly regarded (especially for the Field role).
