The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service is a not-for-profit organisation providing world
class aeromedical, search and rescue services to those in need 24/7. The Service has 50 years of proud history, and operates from three bases in NSW (Tamworth, Belmont, Lismore) in addition to a Head Office and Base Maintenance facility in Broadmeadow NSW. With a clear vision for our future – to be Australia’s leading Aeromedical and Rescue Service provider, we know the key to

About the Opportunity
Due to the critical nature of our operation our Service is always looking at ways to sustain our business in order to meet operational requirements, now and in the future. To support this, we are establishing a confidential talent pool of highly skilled and motivated professionals across our Flying Operations and Engineering Teams.

- Touring roles (Pilot, Aircrew Officer, Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer)
- Senior Base Engineer
What We’re Looking For

- Relevant CASA or regulatory qualifications and current endorsements
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and high-quality operational standards
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving capability
- Adaptability and interest in contributing to future operational growth
- Willingness to consider opportunities across varied regional settings within NSW
