About the Role

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys working with clients, developing opportunities and turning conversations into meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll manage an allocated portfolio of clients, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities to expand services, and work alongside our Growth, Allied Health and Marketing teams to develop proposals, tenders and new business opportunities.

You’ll also become a trained daytime backup for our intake function, providing additional support during planned leave, periods of increased demand and other agreed coverage requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated portfolio of Eudoxia clients and become a trusted commercial point of contact.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and understand their changing needs and priorities.
  • Develop account plans around contract requirements, renewals, service performance and growth opportunities.
  • Use client feedback, service insights and utilisation information to identify opportunities for additional services, awareness programs and training.
  • Coordinate renewal and expansion conversations and maintain accurate account and pipeline information in our CRM.
  • Work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure proposed services are achievable and appropriately supported.
  • Follow up new enquiries, event contacts and marketing campaigns and turn suitable leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify where Eudoxia can add value.
  • Undertake targeted outbound business development across agreed sectors and accounts.
  • Build and maintain a consistent prospecting and follow-up pipeline.
  • Coordinate EOIs, RFQs and tender submissions, including gathering information, drafting approved content and managing deadlines.
  • Prepare draft commercial proposals and pricing for review and approval.
  • Maintain current capability statements, case studies and other business development resources.
  • You’ll play an important role in helping Eudoxia put forward compelling responses to new business opportunities.
  • Completing structured training in intake processes and systems.
  • Supporting intake calls and eligibility checks.
  • Coordinating practitioner bookings where required.
  • Using Provider Manager and relevant systems appropriately.
  • Maintaining accurate records and handovers.
  • Escalating urgent or clinical matters through established procedures.
  • Working within your training, authority and approved processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and genuinely enjoys building relationships.

You will ideally have:

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client relationship management, business development or sales.
  • Experience working with business clients and developing commercial opportunities.
  • The ability to confidently conduct discovery conversations and understand client needs.
  • Strong written communication and the ability to prepare professional proposals and tender responses.
  • Experience coordinating tender, EOI or RFQ submissions.
  • Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn our intake processes and confidently provide backup when required.

Experience in Employee Assistance Programs, workplace wellbeing, health, allied health or another professional services environment would be highly regarded.
