Description

Using your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll manage documentation, records, reporting, and team logistics while helping create a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors, volunteers, and staff. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Building staff rosters across programs, managing leave, shift changes and coverage gaps 
  • Keeping documentation, templates and records accurate and up to date 
  • Supporting reporting, data integrity and filing systems 
  • Coordinating meetings, events and logistics 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Able to build rosters competently and autonomously 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across the organisation 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
