We are seeking experienced Builder Contractors and Building Crews to join our upcoming serviced apartments Development Project, scheduled to run for 2+ years This is an excellent opportunity for qualified builders or established crews looking for consistent, long-term contract work on a professionally managed project.

About the Project:

Multi-level serviced apartment development

• Well-organised site with a strong pipeline of scheduled work
• Start date: Immediate / As soon as available
• Location: Levin

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individual builders, small teams, and full building crews who can deliver high-quality workmanship and work efficiently within a construction programme.

Required:

• Proven experience in residential or commercial construction
• Trade qualified builder(s) preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a coordinated build team
• Strong commitment to site safety and quality standards
• Own tools, transport, and appropriate insurance
• Current Site Safe (or willingness to obtain)

Work Scope May Include:

• Structural framing
• Interior fit‑out
• Exterior cladding
• General carpentry
• Finishing work
• Coordination with other trades on site
