We are seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join our growing Perth team and play a key role in delivering innovative civil design solutions across mining and resources projects.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support the delivery of civil engineering designs for mining, resources and non-process infrastructure (NPI) projects, from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.
• Develop practical and innovative design solutions across earthworks, roads, drainage, site development, water supply, sewer treatment and associated civil infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Prepare detailed drawings, design documentation, technical reports, specifications and project deliverables to support successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, mechanical, process and electrical to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Apply sound drafting and design principles to develop efficient, practical and cost-effective outcomes that meet client and industry requirements.
• Provide technical support throughout the project life cycle.

You will have the following experience and/or skills:

• Relevant design or drafting qualifications / certificates, with experience delivering civil design solutions for mining, resources, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD, with experience in earthworks, roads, drainage, site development and civil infrastructure design.
• Experience preparing engineering drawings, design documentation and technical deliverables across feasibility, detailed design and construction support phases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted working relationships.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous learning and technical development.
