Groomer

At Paddington Vet, grooming is more than just a service. It’s about trust, relationships, and making pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for every step of the way.

We’re a busy, modern veterinary clinic with a well-established grooming service and loyal clients, and we’re now looking for a skilled and caring Groomer to join our team, working primarily at Paddington Vet with a regular day at our sister clinic, Goodna Vet.

This role is available part-time or casual, with a minimum of 2.5 days per week.

You’ll step into an established grooming client base, so you won’t be starting from scratch, while also having the opportunity to build relationships and grow your own clients over time. Most of your time will be spent at Paddington Vet, with your Goodna day adding some variety while still maintaining routine and stability.

A key benefit of grooming within our veterinary clinics is support. While you’ll be responsible for your grooming day, experienced nurses and veterinarians are always on hand to assist when needed, ensuring pets are groomed in a safe, professional environment.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, maintains high standards, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and their pets. You’ll work closely with our clinic teams and become a trusted part of both Paddington Vet and Goodna Vet.

We’re looking for someone confident in their grooming skills, patient and calm with animals, reliable, and positive in their approach. This is a long-term role for someone seeking consistency, support, and a workplace where quality care comes first.
