Apprentice Chef

Gateway is on a mission to hyper-scale regenerative agriculture. Why? Because our food system is broken and people need a beacon of truth to help them lead a more vital life.

We are looking for someone to support in the kitchen to turn our ingredients into wholesome meals to be served in our farm cafe and be sold to our retail partners.

You will be:

• Assisting in menu and product design
• Baking
• Cooking
• Assisting in food production processes
• Constantly iterating and improving

Ideally you’ve got:

• 4 years experience
• HACCP trained (ideally)
• You can bake
• Eat organic or close to
• Not afraid to tackle massive challenges
• Strong work ethic
• X.com is your social media of choice
• You know what shilajit is (without looking it up)
