Description

About WARRRL

WARRRL (WA Return Recycle Renew) is the Scheme Coordinator for Containers for Change, one of Western Australia’s largest circular economy initiatives.

Working with industry, government and community partners, we help deliver better environmental, social and economic outcomes through the recovery and recycling of beverage containers across the state.

Since the scheme launched, more than 5.7 billion containers have been diverted from general waste, helping to create a cleaner WA and supporting a statewide network of refund points that provide employment, fundraising and community benefits.

As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re focused on building a more efficient, innovative and sustainable resource recovery network for the future.

Our vision is clear: to create a circular economy for containers that delivers positive environmental and social outcomes for Western Australia.

The Opportunity

As Ecommerce & Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of WARRRL’s online shop and the coordination of customer enquiries, order fulfilment, inventory, merchandise and supplier relationships.

You will ensure online and internal orders are managed accurately and efficiently, customer enquiries are resolved promptly, inventory records remain accurate, and products and collateral are available when required. You will also maintain the online product catalogue, monitor fulfilment performance and work closely with our third-party logistics and merchandise providers.

This is a hands-on coordination role that combines customer service, ecommerce administration, inventory management and operational problem-solving. You will work collaboratively with teams across WARRRL, including Brand & Marketing, Growth, Commercial and Finance, to deliver a responsive and high-quality service to customers and internal stakeholders.

You will also use customer feedback, operational reporting and supplier insights to identify opportunities to improve the online shop, fulfilment processes, customer experience and sustainable product and sourcing outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and improving the way things work.

This is a full-time role based in Subiaco.

About you

You are a highly organised and customer-focused coordinator who takes ownership of issues and follows them through to resolution.

You have experience supporting ecommerce, retail, customer service, order fulfilment, inventory or merchandise operations. You are comfortable working across multiple systems, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed, stock is managed and customers receive timely and accurate support.

You bring strong attention to detail and can confidently maintain product information, reconcile stock records, monitor outstanding orders and identify issues before they affect the customer. You are also comfortable working with data and producing clear operational reporting.

You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships and remain calm and practical when managing competing priorities or resolving customer, supplier and fulfilment issues.

You have an interest in sustainable procurement and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve product, supplier and operational outcomes.

Experience working with ecommerce platforms, third-party logistics providers, inventory systems or accounting software will be highly regarded.

What you will bring:
