The Opportunity

The Business Transformation team is currently recruiting a full-time permanent Application Support Officer based in either Melbourne or Perth.

This support role is critical to ensure an outstanding customer journey and has a clear focus on resolving issues so the Field team can continue their income generating activity. You will be a motivated and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced role with loads of variety. No two days are the same – you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of ticketing systems to resolve customer issues, document the resolution and manage ongoing correspondence

• Follows communication processes to keep individuals and teams updated appropriately on their ticket progress

• Resolves Salesforce, Netsuite and Shopify technical issues within scope in a clear, concise way following processes

• Uses initiative to research technical solutions to resolve issues

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite; Salesforce experience is a strong bonus with 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role ideally

• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles

• Proficient in using service desk ticketing systems with a strong sense of urgency to solve problems

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality work
