Remain hands-on with nursing while stepping into a key leadership role

Work alongside experienced vets with advanced clinical and surgical skills

Be involved in a diverse range of surgical procedures and complex cases

Work with excellent diagnostic equipment and a clinic that has all the toys

Help maintain and continually elevate our already high standards of patient care

Partner with the Practice Manager and vets to drive an engaged, positive team culture

Be part of the wider VetLove network, with support, resources and shared knowledge across our clinics

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a qualified veterinary nurse with proven leadership or management experience

Loves high standards of nursing and genuinely cares about patient outcomes

Is confident working in a busy surgical and clinical environment

Enjoys mentoring and developing other nurses

Can lead with confidence, positivity, patience and a good sense of humour

Is organised, proactive and able to keep a team running smoothly

Wants to be part of a clinic where great medicine, great nursing and great patient care are genuinely valued

What’s in it for you:

Competitive salary package reflecting your experience

The opportunity to work alongside highly experienced and clinically advanced vets

A fantastic range of surgical and diagnostic equipment

Plenty of opportunities to expand your clinical and leadership skills

CPD and leadership support through the VetLove network

A supportive, progressive workplace where your ideas and expertise are valued

The opportunity to help lead an already high-performing nursing team and take it to the next level

If you’re a nurse who wants more than just another nursing job and you want to work somewhere that genuinely invests in great medicine, great people and great patient care we’d love to hear from you.
