The Opportunity We’re looking for a Renewals Specialist to take ownership of our micro customer segment, customers with 1 to 5 services with us. This segment is the backbone of our recurring revenue, and it needs someone who’ll keep it running reliably.

This isn’t a general support role. Day-to-day queries stay with the support team. This role is about making sure customers are renewal-ready, invoices are correct and paid, regulatory requirements are understood, and anything that could block a renewal gets dealt with before it becomes a problem.


Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re organised and stay across high volumes without letting things slip.
  • You follow through, commercially aware, and comfortable working with customer data, reports, and CRM systems.
  • You communicate clearly and don’t wait for problems to come to you.
  • You work well across teams, particularly with finance and customer success.
  • You’re willing to learn the regulatory requirements that sit behind a smooth renewal.

A background in renewals, account management, customer operations, revenue or sales operations, or a finance-adjacent customer-facing role will all translate well here.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the renewal process for micro customers, including regular reporting to identify upcoming renewals.
  • Contacting customers ahead of renewal to confirm readiness, reduce friction, and flag risks early.
  • Working closely with finance to ensure invoices are issued correctly, paid on time, and billing issues are followed up.
  • Tracking renewal conversations, dates, risks, billing status, and next steps accurately in our systems.
  • Identifying churn risks and recurring issues within the segment, then working with internal teams to resolve blockers and improve the renewals process.
