Tullawon Health Service Inc, is seeking an Aged Care & NDIS Program Manager to lead the delivery of culturally safe, person-centred aged care, NDIS, and community support services for the Yalata community. In this role, you will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, oversee program performance and compliance, and ensure Elders and community members receive high-quality, coordinated care and support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support the Aged Care and Community Connector teams.
  • Oversee aged care, NDIS, elder care and community support programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with community members, families, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor program outcomes, reporting, quality improvement, and workforce development.
  • Advocate for culturally safe, person-centred care and support services.

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience leading teams within aged care, disability, health, or community services.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and/or NDIS frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commitment to culturally safe service delivery and improving outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
  • Current Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
