You’ll be the link between our customers, technicians and workshop team — coordinating jobs, keeping customers updated and making sure everything keeps moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Scheduling servicing and repair jobs
Coordinating workshop workflow and priorities
Keeping customers updated on job progress
Managing quotes, approvals and invoicing
Working closely with technicians and workshop leadership
Maintaining accurate job and service records
Helping solve problems and keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Service Coordination, Service Advising or a similar role
Automotive, heavy vehicle, transport or fleet experience highly regarded
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confident dealing with customers and technicians
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Good computer and system skills
