Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanics keen to make the move into heavy vehicles are welcome too!

Workshop or Field Service? Your Call.

Workshop Diesel Mechanic: Servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs at Sunshine West.

Field Service Technician: On-road maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and breakdown support across Melbourne, with your own fully equipped service vehicle.

Light-to-Heavy Mechanic: Already qualified in light vehicles? Bring your skills, learn from experienced heavy vehicle technicians and build your career in the heavy vehicle industry.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology, Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or recognised equivalent
• Relevant mechanical servicing, diagnostics and repair experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Current driver’s licence (manual and HR highly regarded)
• A safety-first attitude, reliability and pride in your workmanship
• Appropriate Australian working rights

Heavy vehicle experience is expected for experienced workshop and field service positions, but qualified Light Vehicle Mechanics looking to make the move into heavy vehicles are encouraged to apply!
