As a Partnership Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing national network of aged care partners. Working alongside our Business Development team, Partnership Managers and internal specialists, you’ll be the problem-solver who helps remove operational roadblocks across billing, compliance, portals and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and resolve partner billing, compliance, portal and operational issues, identifying root causes and coordinating timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Compliance, Care Operations and Technology to drive effective resolutions.
• Provide support and guidance to partners and coordinators on billing processes, compliance requirements and system queries.
• Keep Partnership Managers updated on issue progress, outcomes and any ongoing actions.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations, resolutions and partner interactions within CRM systems.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes, resources and partner experiences.
• Support reporting and documentation to assist with partner performance reviews.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in operational support, partner support, customer service, billing, compliance or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to support external partners and collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail when managing billing, compliance information and operational processes.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines and follow issues through to resolution.
• Confidence using systems such as CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and online portals.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on delivering exceptional partner support.

Highly regarded:

• Experience in aged care, health, disability or human services.
• Understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP), Support at Home (S@H), aged care billing or compliance requirements.
• Experience working with government portals or care management systems.
