Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

Treehouse Hotel Adelaide is looking for a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join the team during one of the most exciting stages of the hotel journey, from pre-opening through to opening.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, polished, and proactive, with a passion for hospitality and a talent for keeping multiple moving parts on track. Supporting both the Sales and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in bringing the hotel to market, coordinating administration, assisting with campaigns and sales activity, and representing the hotel confidently during site inspections and client visits.

About the Role

As Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will provide vital day-to-day support across sales and marketing functions, helping to ensure a smooth and successful pre-opening period and strong launch into operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong systems knowledge, and takes pride in delivering work to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams
• Assist with pre-opening sales activity, marketing coordination, and opening readiness
• Manage enquiries, proposals, reports, presentations, and sales collateral
• Maintain accurate client, account, and booking data in Delphi and relevant systems
• Support the coordination of campaigns, promotional activity, and hotel communications
• Prepare professional presentations and documents for internal and external use
• Coordinate and, where required, conduct site inspections for prospective clients and partners
• Liaise with internal departments to support business development and launch activity
• Assist with database management, reservations-related coordination, and general commercial administration

About You

You are confident, organised, and presentation-focused, with the ability to support both strategic activity and day-to-day detail.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator or similar hospitality role
• Exposure to a pre-opening environment, or the ability to thrive in a dynamic opening phase
• Strong working knowledge of Delphi
• Experience with reservation systems
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High-level presentation skills, with the confidence to assist with site inspections
• A professional, polished, and guest-focused approach
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
