TAUS Care is looking for a capable, organised and people-focused Executive Support Officer to join our team at our Underwood office.
Reporting to the General Manager – Operations (GM-Ops), you will provide executive and operational support to help keep the day-to-day activities of our organisation running smoothly. You will also work closely with our Care Coordinators, supporting the GM-Ops in keeping operational priorities, actions and service-delivery requirements on track.
This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership, solve problems and make a meaningful contribution to a growing disability services organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with the GM-Ops, you will:
- Provide high-quality executive, administrative and operational support
- Assist the GM-Ops in coordinating and supporting the work of Care Coordinators
- Follow up operational priorities, actions and deliverables to help keep matters on track
- Coordinate information, documentation and reporting required by Management
- Support effective communication across the operational team
- Assist with staff-related administration, onboarding and compliance activities
- Help coordinate meetings, training and other organisational activities
- Maintain accurate records, registers and internal systems
- Provide backup support for rostering and scheduling when required
- Identify outstanding matters, service gaps or operational issues requiring attention
- Assist with continuous improvement and other operational priorities as required
The role may also participate in TAUS Care’s rotational on-call arrangements where required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable and proactive, with the confidence to work closely with management and follow matters through to completion.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in executive support, administration, business support or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence working with different people and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and business systems
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Experience within NDIS, disability, aged care, healthcare or community services would be highly regarded.

Experience, qualifications or expertise in any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Psychology, counselling or mental health

- Training, facilitation or staff development
- Allied health or community services
These skills are highly desirable, not mandatory.
