Residential HVAC Installer – Geraldton WA

Steady residential installs, planned schedule, paid properly

We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Installer for our Geraldton team to install split and ducted air conditioning in new and existing homes. The work is steady, the leads are warm, and your schedule is planned in advance, so you’re not chasing the next job at 4pm. You’ll be trusted to run your day, you’ll be paid properly for the work, and you’ll have a real path into commercial work if you want it.

What you’ll be doing

• Installing split and ducted air conditioning in new and existing homes
• Brazing, vacuuming, charging and commissioning new systems
• Running refrigerant pipework, condensate and electrical interconnects to standard
• Handing over to customers, demonstrating the system and answering their questions
• Completing service reports, photos and certification through our mobile platform
• Planning your week with the install scheduler

What you’ll bring

• Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
• WA Restricted Electrical Licence, or willingness to obtain one
• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Customer-facing service or sales experience
