The Role

TVH is looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing Mildura team.

This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified technician who wants steady work, good equipment, proper pay and the freedom to get on with the job.

You’ll service a range of commercial and industrial sites throughout Mildura and surrounding regional areas, working across:

• Split systems
• Ducted systems
• VRV / VRF
• Chillers
• Commercial refrigeration
• Cool rooms & freezer rooms
• Mechanical plant
• Controls and BMS

You’ll have a planned schedule, a solid client base and a supportive team behind you — not constant chaos and unrealistic workloads.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Complete planned preventative maintenance
• Fault-find mechanical, electrical and controls issues
• Install, commission and decommission HVAC/R equipment
• Attend breakdowns and resolve faults efficiently
• Complete digital service reports, photos and asset information
• Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts
• Work with dispatch to plan your day and keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
• Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Restricted electrical licence where applicable
• Commercial HVAC/R experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A professional approach to safety and quality
