The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced HVAC and Electrical Service Technicians to join our growing

team in Coffs Harbour, servicing clients across the Mid North Coast.

If you’re a dual-trade qualified Refrigeration Mechanic and Electrician who enjoys fault finding and solving problems, and you’d like steady service work instead of short-term projects, this role is for you. You’ll look after a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients, keeping their HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems running safely and efficiently.

What You’llBe Doing

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC,
• refrigeration and electrical systems
• Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults to minimise downtime for clients
• Service, repair and replace chillers, packaged units, split systems, AHUs, FCUs and
• exhaust fans
• Fault-find motor controls, VSDs, sensors, controls and control wiring
• Maintain and upgrade switchboards and mechanical services boards
• Carry out electrical testing, compliance and refrigerant handling work
• Complete digital service reports, job sheets and maintenance documentation
• Work closely with facility managers, clients and other trades
• Deliver all work safely, professionally and to a high standard

What You’ll Bring

• Dual trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and Electrotechnology
• Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (RAC01)
• Current NSW Electrical Licence
• Commercial or industrial service and maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Current driver’s licence White Card Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full Australian working rights

• VSD and motor control experience
• Working at Heights, EWP Licence and Confined Space tickets
• Test & Tag competency
• Experience in healthcare, government or critical-environment sites
