Food and Beverage Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on and passionate Food & Beverage Managers to lead our café, rooftop wellness space, and hospitality operations.

Your Impact:

As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hospitality operations within our Cafe and Rooftop — leading daily service, member experience, inspiring your team, and maintaining the premium standard that defines TotalFusion.

You’ll bring a strong café or restaurant background, a love of coffee and service, and a leadership style that’s both motivating and grounded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all food, beverage, and hospitality operations across Café & Rooftop Cafe/Bar.
• Be actively involved in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support across all service areas.
• Drive team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
• Uphold a premium standard of service and presentation aligned with TFP’s luxury brand identity.
• Manage financial performance, stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and product innovation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and WHS standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or café operations.
• Strong barista and coffee knowledge — you love quality and consistency
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for food, wellness, and delivering memorable experiences
• Commercial acumen and attention to operational detail
• Proficiency in POS, rostering, and stock management systems
