We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who genuinely takes pride in presentation, cleanliness, and maintaining exceptional standards within a premium environment.
The Role
As part of our Housekeeping team, you will help maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas of the facility, including:
- Gym floors and strength spaces
- Group fitness and reformer studios
- Wellness and recovery areas
- Spa and amenities
- Café and member lounge spaces
- Bathrooms and change rooms
- Back-of-house and staff areas
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining immaculate presentation standards throughout the facility
- Completing daily cleaning schedules and operational checklists
- Ensuring all spaces remain hygienic, safe, and member-ready at all times
- Restocking housekeeping and bathroom amenities as required
- Reporting maintenance or presentation concerns proactively
- Following WHS procedures and safe chemical handling practices
- Working collaboratively with wider club teams to maintain a premium member experience
About You
- Reliable, proactive, and hardworking
- Experienced in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or high-traffic environments
- Extremely detail-oriented and take pride in your work
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced premium environment
- Physically capable of hands-on cleaning duties
- Well-presented with a positive attitude
- Available to work PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
