About Japanese head spa 

It’s more than a treatment. It’s a ritual of care combining scalp analysis, deep cleansing, pressure point massage, steam and deep relaxation techniques. Every step is designed to help guests unwind and leave feeling calmer, lighter and deeply cared for.

No head spa experience is required, we provide full training in our method from day one. Bring your passion for wellness, attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest care.

Who we’re looking for

• A qualified hairdresser (Certificate IV), massage therapist (Certificate or Diploma in Massage or Remedial massage), or beauty therapist (Certificate IV)
• Experience delivering hair, massage or facial treatments in a salon, clinic or spa
• An interest in scalp health, relaxation and Japanese wellness
• Professional presentation and warm and welcoming communication style
• The ability to comfortably perform hands on treatments through a 6-8 hour shift
