We’re looking for a reliable Truck Driver / Yardman for our Coffs Harbour branch. This is a casual role at three days per week, with genuine work-life balance.

What you’ll do

• Pick and prepare scaffold loads from gear lists accurately
• Load, transport and unload scaffold safely using correct load restraint and driving practices
• Represent Thomas Scaffolding professionally on every client site. Communicate clearly and handle gear with care.
• Deliver locally across Coffs Harbour and surrounds.
• Keep the yard clean, tidy and secure at the end of each day

What you bring

Non-negotiables:

• Current Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Licence
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Solid understanding of safe load restraint and NHVR guidelines

What will set you apart:

• Experience in transport, construction or a scaffold yard
• A sharp eye for detail. Accurate picks and reliable counts matter here.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-driven to get the work done
