We’re looking for an experienced Scaffolder to join our Coffs Harbour team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in working safely, supporting their crew and delivering quality scaffold work efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

  • Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
  • Follow site plans, instructions and safety requirements
  • Work closely with the crew to keep jobs moving
  • Complete required scaffold tags and handover documentation
  • Maintain a professional standard on site

What we’re looking for

  • Current Scaffolding certification
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Experience erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffold structures
  • Strong understanding of working safely at heights and on construction sites
  • You’ll be someone who can be relied upon to turn up, work safely and contribute positively to the crew.
  • You take responsibility for the quality of your work, communicate well with others and understand that strong teamwork is essential to delivering projects safely and efficiently.
  • You’ll also be willing to share your knowledge and support the development of labourers and trainee scaffolders within the team.

We also offer attractive travel incentives to complete work between our Coffs Harbour, Tamworth and Forster branches. This may include up to 4 nights away from your usual base location, between Monday – Friday.
