For this particular role at our Indooroopilly store, you’ll be the key day-to-day leader in store, working closely with a senior retail leader who manages the store remotely and provides ongoing support, direction and guidance. This presents a great opportunity to take the next step in your retail career and learn about leadership. You’ll build your confidence coaching teammates, coordinating shifts and assisting with rostering, while staying hands-on with customers.

Day to day, you’ll…

• Inspire our community to Live Boldly, by embracing colour and standing out from the crowd.
• Embrace creativity and confidence in front of the camera, creating photo and video content that shares the real-life magic of what we do with our online community.
• Maintain stunning VM that reflects our bold, beautiful aesthetic.
• Use your entrepreneurial spirit and bring ideas to the table that will help elevate the in-store experience for our community.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting and encouraging teammates with selling, product knowledge and daily priorities.
• Help coordinate daily tasks, breaks and floor coverage.
• Assist with updating store rosters within agreed guidelines, including availability, shift swaps and absence cover.
• Embrace creativity and confidence in front of the camera, creating photo and video content that shares the real-life magic of what we do with our online community.
• Support the day-to-day running of the store with energy, initiative, and genuine team spirit.

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

• Are a natural people-person with a warm, conversational style.
• Have a “glass-half-full” mindset and love finding solutions.
• Are confident connecting with customers—both in person and online.
• Have retail experience (even better if you’ve worked in high-vibe or design-led brands).
• Have stepped up as a senior team member, keyholder or supervisor—or are ready to develop your leadership skills.
• Enjoy creating content and are comfortable filming and editing short videos on your phone.
• Are organised and comfortable supporting your teammates and helping with rostering.
• Are comfortable flying solo when needed, but love being part of a team.
• Are available on one weekend day per week.
• Are curious, driven, and always ready to grow.
