Landscape Construction Site Foreman

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team and bring creativity, precision, and excellence to our landscaping projects across Auckland

✨ What You’ll Bring:

• 5 to 10 years of building/hard landscaping experience

• Depth of knowledge and skills – Carpentry, landscape & general construction knowledge

• Ability to read and understand architectural plans

• Physically fit with a strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Experience in landscaping/horticulture (a bonus!)

• Leadership skills – the ability to run a team of 2-8 guys

• Full Class 1 driver’s license (Class 2 and WTR endorsements are a plus)

• Excellent communication skills

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Construct timber and block retaining walls, boardwalks, bridges, decking, handrails, and fencing

• Paving & Concrete prep-knowledge of reading plans with heights & falls

• Work with main contractors and landscape architects to bring designs to life

• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard

• Perform garden enhancement, ground preparation, planting, mulching, and staking

• Support grounds maintenance and assist other landscaping teams as needed
