The Position:
We’re looking for a well-organised, customer service extraordinaire that loves a challenge. No two days are the same, and the right person will be quick on their feet, have a bubbly personality, and be an avid problem solver.
As Customer Sevice & Inbound Call Center , you are the “backbone” of the office, ensuring operations are smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated. You’ll be speaking with new customers, existing Franchise Partners, and people in the process of starting their own business, so we want you to ‘wow’ them with a bright and friendly personality. Our Administration Assistant is a vital support to management and the team, often juggling multiple tasks at once.
The role is Full Time 7:00am – 3:00pm (Monday-Friday), centrally located in a brand new office building in the heart of King William Street. Equipped with a gym in the building, and right by multiple public transport access points on our doorstep.

Our National Support Centre is located in Adelaide CBD, South Australia, where our enthusiastic team focuses on the recruitment of new franchise partners and support of existing franchise partners, as well as working with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Organising orders for delivery
- Data entry
- General administration tasks
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A “can-do” attitude and approach to learning
- Great attention to detail
- Confident phone manner and email etiquette
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills (Email, Excel, Word)
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Full rights to work in Australia
