About us

The Dunn Group is an Australian family-owned business, operating in NSW for over 30 years, with 10 busy convenience petroleum retail sites across Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, and Wagga Wagga. “Balmain Coffee Company” is an extension of our business along with our “Supply – Your Local Food Store” offer which is an amazing range of made in store products.

About the role

We are looking for people to join our teams who have a positive attitude, a hardworking spirit, and the willingness to learn. You’ll need a passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service! Your day will include customer service, completing sale transactions, maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotional displays as well as maintaining safety and operational procedures. We are offering 16-24 hours for this role, working up to 5 days a week including weekend shifts. Various shifts available from morning shift 5 am start and afternoon shift 10pm finish.

** Exact days and number of shifts per week will be discussed during interview

Our stores are open every day of the week (including weekends and public holidays). It is important that you can get to and from work safely, so you do need access to reliable transport.

About you:

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset

• A background in a similar customer facing role with cash handling experience

• Well presented, strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team as well as thrive independently

• Expected to cover/swap shifts within the team and sites from time to time
