Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient Female Support Worker to support a participant living in Dural who is looking to build a positive, trusting, and consistent relationship with their support worker.

Location: Dural

Shifts Available:

• Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Preferred Support Worker:

• Female
• Non-smoker
• Clear English speaking
• No visible tattoos

Support Requirements:

• In-home support and domestic assistance
• Personal care
• Community access and transport
• Support tailored to the participant’s needs, including assistance related to legal blindness and spinal issues

Important Requirements:

• Must be a non-smoker
• Clear English communications skills
• No visible tattoos
• Must have a suitable vehicle (sedan, hatchback, or appropriate van). SUVs and other high vehicles are not suitable due to accessibility requirements when getting in and out of the vehicle.
• Reliability and consistency are essential, as the participant has experienced cancellations and unreliable support in the past

The participant is seeking a Support Worker who can build trust and establish a positive, long-term working relationship through consistent and dependable support.
