We’re preparing to open a brand-new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home in Noble Park and are seeking passionate, skilled Support Workers to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service from day one, helping create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where people with disability can build independence, develop skills, pursue their goals and live life on their own terms.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, dignity and inclusion.
- Support participants with daily living activities, personal care, community participation and skill development.
- Build positive, respectful and trusting relationships with participants, families and colleagues.
- Encourage and support participants to achieve their individual goals and aspirations.
- Follow individual support plans, medication requirements and positive behaviour support strategies.
- Complete accurate documentation, progress notes and reporting requirements.
- Respond calmly and confidently to changing participant needs and situations.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team culture.
About You

Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Victorian Driver Licence.
- Working rights in Australia.

Multiple permanent part-time opportunities are available, with various shift combinations across weekdays, weekends and active nights.
We anticipate these positions commencing around October 2026. As this new service is dependent on participant onboarding and occupancy, exact start dates may vary.
