Speech Pathologist (Paediatrics) Full-Time or Part-Time | Salaried Location: Greater Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands & Gold Coast Work Model: Hybrid (Community, Clinic & Telehealth) Salary: $90,000-$120,000 + Super Benefits: Quarterly Bonus | $0.92/km Travel Reimbursement

The BrainWell Collective (TBC) is a growing allied health practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Allied Health Assistant services across South East Queensland.

We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to support children with autism, developmental delays, intellectual disability, complex communication needs and other neurodevelopmental differences.

About the Role

You will:

  • Conduct speech, language and communication assessments and therapy
  • Deliver social communication and pragmatic language interventions
  • Support AAC assessment and implementation
  • Provide parent coaching and capacity building
  • Collaborate with schools, kindergartens and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop functional, outcome-focused therapy plans

Opportunities to work in paediatric feeding and dysphagia may be available based on experience.

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Certified Practising Membership (Speech Pathology Australia)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
