Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated FOH All-Rounder to join our vibrant team in Byron Bay. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience in our hospitality and catering establishment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to our team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, attentive and professional service to our guests
• Work across floor, coffee and bar service as required
• Take orders and serve food and beverages
• Prepare quality coffee and assist with breakfast service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and hotel teams
• Contribute to the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of The Bonobo

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience in a hotel, restaurant, café or bar environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Confident communication and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
• Flexible and willing to work across different areas of FOH
• Barista and/or bartending experience highly regarded
• Current RSA required for all applicants
• Availability across weekdays, weekends and a variety of shifts
