As we continue to grow our food and beverage operations, we are particularly keen to connect with experienced Bar Managers and Restaurant Managers who can help lead our lobby bar, develop our team and establish exceptional service standards.

We are also welcoming applications from passionate Bartenders, Baristas and FOH All-Rounders who take pride in their craft and want to be part of an exciting hospitality destination.

Current Opportunities

• Bar Manager – Lead bar operations, beverage quality, stock control and team development. Full time position
• Restaurant Manager – Oversee floor operations, service delivery, team training and shift coordination. Full time position
• Bartenders – Prepare quality cocktails and beverages while delivering excellent guest service.
• Baristas – Deliver consistently excellent coffee and welcoming service. Casual position
• FOH All-Rounders – Support food and beverage service and create memorable guest experiences. Casual position
