About the Role

We are looking for a Certificate III Educator who is eager to create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space for young learners. Working closely with a supportive team, you’ll help foster growth and development through play-based activities and child-led exploration, all within our Reggio-inspired philosophy. Your role will be essential in supporting a joyful, enriching experience for each child.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Engage in Play-Based Learning: Facilitate age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and creativity in young children. 🌱

• Provide Safe and Nurturing Care: Help ensure children feel valued, secure, and supported in a safe environment.

• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow educators to create a harmonious, team-oriented atmosphere.

• Assist in Planning and Implementing Programs: Support the delivery of engaging educational experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Maintain a Positive, Professional Approach: Approach each day with warmth, patience, and professionalism, creating a friendly environment for all.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

• Experience Working with Young Children: Prior experience in an early childhood setting is a plus, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect effectively with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect and support.

• Commitment to Learning and Growth: Enthusiasm for play-based, child-centred learning and dedication to ongoing professional development.
