Purpose of Position:
The purpose of the managment position at TH7 is to provide leadership, direction and coordinate the activities of TH7 in accordance with the vision, mission, objectives, and policies to ensure the highest quality of services are delivered.
The Manager’s role is to ensure that TH7 maintains a strong corporate identity, and a sense of common purpose, is financially secure and has an operational infrastructure that ensures stability, independence and opportunities for innovation and growth.
At its core, every TH7 team member is expected to be a leader in the industry, demonstrating an exceptional understanding of our mission, our offerings, and the evidence base that supports them. Through continuous engagement with our innovative TH7 learning platform and training modules, team members are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to excel as leaders within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including bookings and inquiries.
- Provide expert guidance on equipment and protocols.
- Supervise equipment usage and perform maintenance as required.
- Developing and coordinating rosters and approving timesheets/ paying staff
- Provide expert instruction/advice to clients and other employees in relation to recovery protocols.
- Review and promote membership and protocol packages.
- Reply to all marketing and communication enquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop opportunities for community engagement and relationship development.
- Identify and develop new leads and business groups that can use TH7 protocols and other services.
- Develop, promote, and monitor quality improvement processes.
- Sending and paying invoices as required
- Engage in ongoing learning and development relevant to our business and offerings.
- Collaborate alongside other team members to determine appropriate Staff training and development initiatives
- Work with the employee team, ensuring organisational and individual goals are achieved.
- Inform staff of weekly updates, learnings and clinic maintenance through the workplace app and clinic whiteboard
- Provide high-level strategic advice and support to employee team, in contributing to overall operational and/or strategic planning, financial and resource management.
- Promote workplace practices consistent with internal policy and in accordance with the TH7 Values, and Code of Conduct.
Experience & Qualifications
- Current first aid and CPR Certificate
- Strong customer service skills
- Adequate interest in TH7 and its offerings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- 5-10 years of industry experience
- Experience in developing and leading employee teams
- A high-level of organisational and administrative skills
