Talent Quarter is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Rural & Remote Nursing, connecting great nurses with opportunities across some of Australia’s most unique communities.

The Role

As our Rural & Remote Nursing Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of building and developing a strong network of nurses interested in working across regional, rural and remote Australia.

You’ll work closely with our existing healthcare teams, clients and candidates to identify opportunities, build talent pools and create placements across rural and remote locations.

Your role will include:

• Building and managing a specialist Rural & Remote Nursing candidate pool
• Proactively sourcing and engaging nurses across Australia 
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with candidates
• Understanding what motivates nurses to consider rural and remote opportunities
• Matching nurses to roles based on skills, experience, availability and location
• Working closely with clients to understand workforce requirements
• Business development and identifying new opportunities to grow the desk
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement and ongoing support
• Working collaboratively across Talent Quarter to maximise national opportunities

You might already be an experienced healthcare recruiter looking for your next challenge, or a strong recruitment consultant who wants to move into a specialist healthcare market.

Experience within healthcare, nursing, locum or rural and remote recruitment would be highly regarded, but attitude, drive and recruitment capability are just as important to us.
