We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our aviation team and support our fixed-wing aircraft programmes.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working alongside engineering and production teams to build, install, integrate and test aircraft electrical systems. From harness manufacturing and electrical fit-out through to troubleshooting and ground testing, you’ll play a key role in getting aircraft ready for flight.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manufacture, terminate and install electrical wiring harnesses
  • Carry out electrical fit-outs and integration on fixed-wing aircraft
  • Install and integrate electrical and avionics components
  • Cable-manage complex wiring harnesses and aircraft installations
  • Support electrical testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation
  • Work closely with engineers to resolve installation and integration challenges
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have a background in aviation, aerospace, avionics, electrical engineering or a related technical field, with practical experience working on aircraft electrical systems.

We’re particularly interested in people who have:

  • Hands-on experience with aircraft wiring, electrical systems or harness manufacturing
  • Experience with crimping, terminating and working with electrical connectors
  • Strong cable management and electrical installation skills
  • The ability to confidently read drawings, schematics and technical documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
  • A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment
